Because insurance networks and plan rules can change, this site does not reproduce a permanent list of accepted plans. The current list is maintained by Foundations for Change.
Benefit information is not a guarantee that an insurer will pay a claim. Clients may also contact their insurer directly about coverage, deductibles, and plan requirements.
After an initial appointment is scheduled, intake paperwork is sent through the SimplePractice client portal. The paperwork must be completed before the first session.
After paperwork is submitted, the Foundations for Change billing manager will email available information about insurance benefits and expected copayments, when applicable.
Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $75 fee.
I generally offer a one-time forgiveness. The fee is also waived when the missed or late-canceled appointment is rescheduled for a time within five business days.
Formal billing and cancellation terms will be included in the practice intake paperwork. When that paperwork and this summary differ, the current signed practice policy controls.

Sometimes, but only collaboratively. I may offer a worksheet, reflection exercise, coping skill, or practical experiment when it could help continue the work between sessions. These are invitations, not requirements. Not completing one is not a failure.

No. A report may support an accommodation request, but each school, employer, university, testing organization, or licensing body sets its own requirements. Some organizations require forms of testing that I do not provide.
No. I provide preliminary autism screening for children and teens ages 8–17. Screening can help determine whether comprehensive autism testing may be appropriate, but it does not provide an autism diagnosis.
Yes. ADHD evaluations include consideration of whether autistic traits may also be relevant. More detailed autism-specific questionnaires and interviews can be incorporated when indicated. This remains a preliminary screening.
No. I speak Spanish, but I am not currently offering Spanish-language counseling. Therapy and evaluations are provided in English.
